Orders

How we handle your orders and purchases

When you place an order on BloomsBell.lk, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions.

  • All orders are subject to product availability at the time of purchase
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud suspicion
  • Order confirmation will be sent to your provided email or phone number
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information
  • We may contact you to verify order details before processing
Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Returns Policy.

Accepted payment methods and processing

BloomsBell.lk accepts the following payment methods for your convenience and security:

All online payments are securely processed through our payment partners. BloomsBell.lk does not store your full card details at any time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Terms specific to COD orders

Cash on Delivery is available island-wide in Sri Lanka. By selecting COD, you agree to the following additional terms:

  • A delivery fee of Rs 400 is added to all COD orders
  • You must be available and reachable at the delivery address at the agreed time
  • Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent in Sri Lankan Rupees
COD Restrictions We reserve the right to restrict or cancel COD eligibility if: previous orders were rejected at delivery without valid reason, contact details are incorrect or the customer is repeatedly unreachable, or there are signs of fraudulent activity.

Delivery

Shipping timelines and expectations

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days island-wide via courier
  • Express delivery: Next business day (selected areas — Rs 350 additional fee)
  • Colombo district orders may arrive faster depending on courier availability
Delivery Delays Delivery times may be affected by courier conditions, extreme weather, public holidays, or high-demand periods. BloomsBell.lk is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or force majeure events.

Free Delivery

Orders over Rs 2,500 qualify for free standard delivery island-wide. This applies automatically at checkout when the order subtotal meets the threshold.

Store Pickup

Terms for collecting your order in-store

Customers may select Store Pickup at checkout to collect their order from our Negombo branch at no delivery charge.

  • Orders must be collected within 3 days of receiving the pickup confirmation
  • A valid order confirmation (email or SMS) must be presented at the time of collection
  • Orders not collected within the stipulated time may be cancelled without refund
  • Store pickup is available during our operating hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Product Information

Accuracy of product listings and descriptions

We strive to ensure all product details, images, prices, and descriptions on BloomsBell.lk are accurate and up to date. However:

  • Minor variations in colour or design may occur due to screen display differences or manufacturing batches
  • Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and stock levels are updated periodically
  • In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order

Prohibited Use

What you agree not to do on our platform

By using BloomsBell.lk, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Use the website for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the website or its underlying systems
  • Submit false or misleading orders or personal information
  • Engage in any activity that may harm BloomsBell.lk, its staff, or other customers
  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell our content or products without written permission
Violation Consequences Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and legal action where appropriate.
